MCC Coordinator – Paris
Our client, a well established airlines, is looking to hire MCC Coordinator to be based in Paris. This could be a permanent or a contract role.
Shift pattern – 3/8, 7/7
Main responsibilities:
- Crew Call Management in Operations:
- Ensure multi-channel monitoring: VHF, ACARS, and phone for the tracking of fleet aircraft.
- Maintain liaison with the CCO, crews, and various MROs (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul organizations).
- Create intervention requests in the Jaguards tool for tracking.
- Prepare operational meetings and report to the Technical Operations Manager (Production briefing, end-of-shift brief, specific follow-up reports, event reports, etc.).
- MEL Management and GO / NOGO management in the ERP TRAX Tool:
- Monitor and update the Control Panel and Fleet Status.
- Approved all defer items (DDP/CDL/HIL/NSRE) in the ERP
- Manage external interventions subcontracted to service providers (initiation, tracking, access, etc.).
- Manage technical delays (challenge the code, duration, preventive actions to be implemented, etc.) with the help of Jaguards.
- For operational needs, follow CDB APRS, MEL extension requests, create One-Offs, parts statements, manufacturer technical requests (Boeing, Airbus, CFM)
Main requirements:
- Degree in Aeronautical Maintenance
- Previous experience in MCC role
- Part 66 License required
- B737NG or A320Neo qualification appreciated
- TRAX knowledge appreciated
- Eligible for airport badge access
- Responsiveness, initiative, and decision-making skills
- Ability to handle pressure, organizational skills and situational awareness, adaptability, priority management, analytical skills, autonomy
- Fluency in English
- Ability to communicate in French
